These Terms and Conditions set forth obligations applicable to both parents and children attending TeamMates events, organized and run by JPTR Ltd, 46 Gloucester Road, TW12 2UH, Hampton, Middlesex, United Kingdom. (hereinafter: the “TeamMates”):
GENERAL COMMITMENTS
It is our aim to ensure that children enjoy a safe and fully supervised environment, and therefore numbers for all activities are LIMITED to ensure correct ratios. TeamMates reserve the right to refuse admission to a TeamMates event.
Children attending any TeamMates events must be of an age to attend school between the Year 1 and 6.
All children must be in good health and capable of taking part in the activities. If you are unsure please consult your GP before enrolling your child.If your child has any individual needs that Teammates Staff need to be aware of, please inform us at the time of booking, so we can assess if we can accommodate these needs.
By Accepting these Terms and Conditions, the parents agree that they will supply any medical information to the TeamMates before an event, which may be required and deemed necessary. Dietary requirements are also required.
All prescription medicine provided by a licensed Doctor must be handed to the TeamMates staff upon arrival, with instructions in English. This will be dispensed by a specific, licensed first aid staff member only.
The parent/guardian gives consent for a licensed TeamMates first-aider to administer emergency first aid and see professional medical help where necessary.
The language spoken at TeamMates is English, so a basic knowledge of the language is a prerequisite. If your child has difficulty speaking English, please contact the TeamMates.
The directors reserve the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any child whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous or incompatible to themselves, other children or staff. If this occurs, no reduction or return of fee, or any part thereof will be made. Parents will also be responsible for any extra costs associated with returning their child home early.
Children maintaining the highest standard of conduct is required at all times. Using foul or offensive language, physical violence or threats during participation in TeamMates is strictly prohibited. TeamMates rules and instructions of TeamMates staff must be followed at all times.
All people at TeamMates events are prohibited from bringing or using any tobacco products, alcohol and drugs of any kind.
We do not accept responsibility for any personal injury or loss of or damage to property other than to the extent that it results from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
No cameras, or the usage of mobile phones cameras, are/is permitted at any TeamMates event.
Parents agree to pay for property damage caused, directly or indirectly, as a result of action of their child.
Parents agree to support TeamMates by encouraging children to abide by the highest standards of conduct. They will discuss constructive concerns, if any, regarding TeamMates, staff behaviour or company policies with the TeamMates management.
Terms and Conditions are correct at the time of publication/issue and are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a TeamMates' attendee and parent cancels giving a weeks notice of their proposed TeamMates event, they will be issued a full refund on the relevant dates that they will not be attending.
If a TeamMates attendee and parent cancels outside of the 7 day timeframe of their proposed TeamMates' event, a refund will not be issued. However, they will be able to use the initial payment as credit for any other TeamMates event.
If a TeamMates Club or Event has to be cancelled as a result of unforeseen circumstances, TeamMates are unable to issue refunds.
By payment of any sum to TeamMates, you are acknowledging your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of TeamMates as described herein.
MERCHANDISE
All merchandise is delivered to your child's school.
If you have ordered the wrong size for your child, we are happy to exchange for a different size (stock availability permitting) providing the garment hasn't been worn/washed.
Currently, we are not providing refunds to customers. If you are entirely unsatisfied with the garment, please email us so we can discuss the best solution.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Participation in any TeamMates event requires you to share both your and your child’s personal information with TeamMates, including names, addresses, emails, medical data, payment and banking data. Below is a brief description of how TeamMates will use your information:
TeamMates, trading under JPTR Ltd, 46 Gloucester Road, TW12 2UH, Hampton, Middlesex, United Kingdom. (hereinafter: the “TeamMates”):will keep your information on file.
TeamMates will use personal information collected for the purpose of proactive communication and conducting of the TeamMates event your child applied for.
TeamMates employees will be able to access your information if their work reasonably requires access to fulfill the purposes stated here.
If potential legal or compliance concerns are identified, information that you provide may be shared with TeamMates’ external legal advisors and/or legal and regulatory authorities.
Documents related to your interaction with TeamMates may be reviewed by TeamMates’ internal corporate audit department or its external auditors.
TeamMates will share your information to respond to information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law.
In very rare circumstances, where company security is at issue, TeamMates will share our entire database of customers with appropriate authorities.
At all times you have the right to access your data and to amend or delete your personal information or to withdraw consent for collection and processing of your personal information. Respective collection and processing of your personal information is required. Not consenting to respective data collection and processing or withdrawing consent results with TeamMates may lead to yourself and/or your child not being able to conclude/continue any TeamMates event.
By payment of any sum to TeamMates, or attendance at any TeamMates activities, you are acknowledging your agreement to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Notice.
